Operator & self-taught builder

Fifteen-plus years running warehouses and supply chains — then I taught myself to build websites, software and automation. Today I help businesses turn disconnected operations into intelligent ones, and I love showing others that they can learn to build, too.

I didn't start in software. I started on the warehouse floor.

The foundation
From operations to enterprise scale

My career began in logistics, warehousing and supply chain operations — working from the ground up to understand how products move, how businesses scale, and where operational inefficiencies quietly cost companies time and money. Over the years I built my experience leading warehouse operations, inventory management, procurement, distribution, fulfillment and enterprise process improvement across multiple industries.

Along the way I've worked inside national retail, e-commerce, logistics, healthcare and consumer businesses — improving how they actually run day to day. Those years gave me firsthand insight into the problems businesses face constantly: disconnected systems, manual workflows, software nobody wants to use, and a website that doesn't reflect what the company has become.

The practice
Fifteen years turning operations into results

What began as solving my own operational problems became a business. For more than fifteen years I've helped companies improve warehouse operations, optimize supply chains and stand up scalable systems — and as technology became the answer to more of those problems, the work grew from operations into full software delivery. That practice is what became Throughware: one team combining real operational experience with modern software to solve real business challenges, end to end.

Learning to build
From running systems to writing them

Working around technology every day, I got tired of waiting on other people to build the tools my operations needed — so I decided to learn to build them myself. I started with websites, then moved into real software, databases, integrations and automation. Every late night spent figuring out why a page wouldn't load or why two systems wouldn't talk taught me something the floor never could: how the technology actually works underneath.

That curiosity turned into a craft. The more I built, the more I saw how much opens up when you can turn an idea into a working product — a website, an app, an automated workflow — instead of just describing it to someone else. Modern organizations don't just need great operations; they need systems that communicate, automate and give real-time visibility across every department. Learning to build meant I could finally create them.

Technology should simplify business — not complicate it.

Every solution we build starts by understanding how a company operates today, before designing systems that improve efficiency, increase visibility and create sustainable long-term growth. Whether we're designing a customer-facing website, developing custom software, connecting the systems a business already runs on or implementing AI-driven automation, the focus stays the same: build technology that delivers measurable business value.

What I do today
Connecting every part of the operation

I focus on helping businesses connect every part of their operation through intelligent technology — eliminating repetitive work so organizations can operate faster, smarter and with greater confidence.

Websites & portals

Premium sites, customer portals and custom business applications.

AI & automation

AI-powered workflows that remove manual, repetitive work.

Integrations

Connecting the tools you already pay for into one source of truth.

Custom software

Enterprise software and workflow optimization, built to scale.

For anyone starting out
You can learn to build, too

If there's one thing I hope people take from my story, it's this: you don't need a computer-science degree or a perfect background to learn how to code and build websites. I came from the warehouse floor. What mattered was curiosity, a real problem to solve, and being willing to be bad at it before I got good.

Start small — build one simple website, automate one annoying task, ship one thing that actually works. The tools have never been more accessible, and with AI you can learn faster than ever. Every expert was once a beginner staring at an error message they didn't understand. Keep going: the ability to build is a superpower, and it's within reach for anyone willing to learn it.

The bigger vision
Connected, intelligent ecosystems

As an entrepreneur, I'm passionate about creating businesses that scale. Beyond consulting and software development, I've been focused on building companies centered around digital marketplaces, connected ecosystems and technology platforms that bring customers, partners, suppliers and service providers together in one seamless experience. I believe the future belongs to businesses that leverage intelligent software, automation and AI to create scalable, efficient and customer-focused ecosystems.

Today our team works with businesses across logistics, distribution, healthcare, professional services and e-commerce — organizations ready to modernize their operations. We combine real-world operational experience with modern software development to deliver practical solutions to real business challenges, and to become a trusted technology and operational partner for the long term.

Transform disconnected businesses into intelligent operations.
